Parent Dashboard in Campsite!

There are six tabs on the home page of your Parent Dashboard. On the home tab you’ll find instructions on how to use the dashboard and a listing of what you can do under each tab. Here is a summary of the actions you can perform with each one.

My Account Tab

► Change your password
► Check all of the contact information we have for your family

Enrollment Tab

► Begin the initial enrollment process to register your camper(s) for a specific camp session
► Add a camper to your account
► See the program and/or session your child is enrolled in
► Add a program and/or session to an enrolled camper

Authorized Pickups

When you have enrolled a camper the Authorized Pickups tab will appear. If anyone other than parents/legal guardians will be picking up your camper, you must complete the information under this tab. This is for New York day camp car drop off/pick up. Sababa Beachaway Virginia car drop off/pick up, please complete the transportation information in “Forms”.

Forms Tab

► All forms for Sababa Beachaway must be completed by May 1, 2025
► All forms for New York Sababa Surf/Sail Day Camp must be completed by July 15, 2025

Camp Today

When camp is in session we will be sharing camp news and posting camper photos here so you can experience camp too! Returning campers: You must upload a new photo of your camper each year.

Financial Tab

► Check any payment due dates
► See the balance of your account
► Make a payment to your account
► Download a statement
► Change your payment method
► Choose email address for invoices
