RETURNING CAMPER DISCOUNT: Returning campers enrolling by November 5, 2023 will receive an additional $100 discount.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS: $100 discount per each additional sibling enrolled;
REFER-A-FRIEND DISCOUNT: $100 discount per enrolled camper referral.
ONE HAPPY CAMPER SCHOLARSHIPS: If this is your first time at a Jewish sleepaway camp, you may eligible for a One Happy Camper grant from the Foundation for Jewish Camp. Click here for more information.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Need-based financial assistance is available. All financial assistance applications must be submitted by February 1, 2024. Award notifications happen on a rolling basis. Click here for more information or email info@sabababeachaway.org.
ADDITIONAL COST: $450 additional charge for the 2-week Beginner Scuba Diving Open Water Certification program. $450 additional charge for the Advanced Diver Certification. The cost of equipment is not included and can be purchases from Lynnhaven Dive Center.
DEPOSITS: The amount of the deposit is determined by the date of the application and whether the camper is enrolling for one or more sessions:
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Pay in full. Pay your balance in full at anytime prior to May 1, 2024. Up to 50% of tuition must be paid by March 1st; 75% of tuition by April 1st. Applications received after May 1, 2024 must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Progress payments with auto-pay. Your balance will divided by into equal installments charged monthly to your credit card on file.
REFUND POLICY: For 2024 only there is no penalty for cancellations before March 1, 2024. From March 1, 2024, 50% of tuition will not be refunded. No refunds will be given after May 15, 2024. All tuitions must be paid by May 1, 2024. Note: Full Terms & Conditions are included of the application form.
